Three pieces covering most of what olive wood is good for: crushing, serving, and cutting. Bought separately they'd cost more — and they wouldn't match, which matters here. Olive wood looks best in multiples, where the grain patterns play off each other.
Each piece is hand-selected, carved, sanded, then polished with olive oil to bring up the color and figure. Olive is among the hardest woods in a kitchen, which is why these tend to outlast the pans they sit next to.
